My name is Robiane Tortello-Myers and I’m delighted to be able to offer your child bespoke one-to-one tuition.

With many years experience teaching across both state and independent schools, working with students aged 5–18, I provide personalised support that builds confidence, identifies and strengthens weaker areas, and nurtures a genuine love of learning in a calm, supportive, and encouraging environment. I also have experience supporting neurodivergent students, adapting my teaching to suit individual learning profiles including dyslexia, dyscalculia, ADHD and ASD,  helping each student thrive in a way that works best for them.

Making progress and building confidence with Maths and English KS1, KS2 and KS3

I can quickly identify specific areas where a student is struggling and adapt to their preferred learning style, helping them to grasp more complex concepts and build foundational knowledge.

Home Schooling

 

 

Research shows that home schooling with a tutor can lead to higher rates of achievement, with students more often outperforming their peers. I will provide a calm, positive, focused environment, reducing anxiety by eliminating peer pressure and fostering a productive and happy teacher/student relationship. 

Exam Preparation

My exam prep. includes help with KS2 SATS, along with the 11+, late Grammar School entry, 13+ Common Entrance and Independent School entrance exams. I have assisted many pupils to gain entry into the schools of their choice. 

GCSEs and A Levels

I am very familiar with a variety of exam boards and have been able to help students significantly improve on their school predicted grades.
